Our Mission

Bread Basket Ministries exists to meet the emergency and supplemental necessities of life for the needy, in the love and concern of God, and to provide spiritual nurture and social action from the graces of God's provision through His Word.

Our primary emphasis and purpose is to assist needy families by providing food, clothing, furniture, or whatever people need and we can get our hands on. We, also, support other agencies, ministries, churches, missions, and outreaches, by sharing our surpluses of food with them, that they might have sufficient supply to meet the needs of their clientele. 

We also have a spiritual purpose. It is our goal to build upon the traditions of Christians since the time of Christ to fulfill the commands of the Lord Jesus Christ, and that is to go and preach the blessed tidings of the Kingdom of God. To borrow the words of the Apostle Paul, we are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation unto all who believe. Romans 1:16.  While we are a faith-based ministry, should someone prefer to receive our services without attending our ministry time, special arrangements can be made by making your wishes known to the staff.
